We understand that sometimes an item might not be quite right for our customers, and we’re here to make returns and exchanges as simple as possible. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return it or exchange it for something that better suits your needs. Return Eligibility
Customers may return products within 14 days from the date of the applicable order, subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions, which are available upon request.
Products must be in brand-new condition to qualify for a return.
Defective Products or Exchanges
For material defects or exchanges, the Customer is subject to the provider’s warranty terms and conditions.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the Customer unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer.
Return Process
To request a return or exchange, the Customer must notify SCVS within 14 days of purchase by emailing hello@scvs.com.
The return request must clearly include the following details:
Purchase details: Date of purchase.
Product details: Serial numbers of the applicable hardware unit(s).
Reason for return: Clear explanation for the return or exchange.
Customer information: Full name, mailing address, email address, and daytime phone number.
Approval and Return Requirements
If SCVS approves the return request at its sole discretion, SCVS will provide an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
The Customer must return the hardware unit(s) with all included accessories and the RMA number within 2 days of receiving SCVS’s approval.
Replacement or Refund
SCVS will replace the hardware at its sole discretion.
Handling Charges and Restocking Fees
Returned products are subject to a reasonable handling charge to cover SCVS’s effort to process the return.
All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 5%. SCVS reserves the right to amend the restocking fee upon 30 days’ notice to the Customer.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled up to 30-minutes after order is placed. Customers must contact SCVS support with their order number and details to cancel order.
