SCV Stamps: Sales Policy

If you are buying stamps from our web site or from our eBay store, here is our complete sales policy.

Shipping: We ship by USPS First Class or Priority Mail, and use Air Mail for overseas. Buyers are charged actual postage plus the cost of envelopes/boxes. There are no crazy "handling charges". We will try to calculate the postage as closely as possible, and usually have to add an ounce or two to allow for the weight of packaging materials.

We accept payment in many ways:

• We prefer PayPal online payments. Our user name is .
• check or money order

• Visa/Mastercard - call 760-781-4021 - do not send credit card info by email!
• Cash in US$ and Euros is accepted (overseas buyers only), but you should always send cash by registered mail
• mint commemorative stamps (overseas customers only) of your country

All lots (except bulk mixtures) are returnable within 30 days if you feel that they have been improperly described. Mixtures are generally not returnable, because it is too easy to take out some stamps and return the rest for a "refund".

We always try to be reasonable. We can offer some lots at a very low price, but other lots can be expensive to obtain, and must be priced accordingly. We welcome you to check out all our auction lots, if you would like a chance to set your own price limits.

If you win an auction lot, or ask us to reserve items for you, we may have to cancel the auction contract or make lots available again if payment has not been received within 30 days. In the case of multiple requests for a single item, the earliest request is served first; if that customer fails to pay for the lot within 30 days, the lot will be offered to the next buyer.
